Do you offer customization ?

Yes we do, if you’re a Premium subscriber, then do contact us with your detail specific requirements, we will place a quote based on your requirements

Do you offer money back guarantee?

We do provide money back guarantee up to 7 days on Basic and Business packages

Note: One time setup fee is non-refundable and doesn’t include under 7 days money back guarantee period.

How do you provide support?

We provide support mostly over remote or email or phone support. On site support include additional cost hourly 500 Tk

Do you provide Hardware Support?

Currently we don’t, but in future we will. If you are looking for hardware support, in that case we will tag you with the right vendor
